Harb and Co. have been busy. We are prepping a Shadow Hills equestrian home to get to market. Our Pasadena Spanish fixer, with pool, continues to get spruced up. We have listed a great condo in Diamond Bar overlooking a man-made brook, which will be open this Sunday from 2-4 PM. It is hard to believe this move-in-ready unit is only $349,000!
We opened escrow on our Burbank Rancho listing. And as always, we are working on more listings… one in Glendale’s Verdugo Woodlands is close.
We are moving to closing our Pasadena condo listing. We have a great La Crescenta buyer ready to go – they can be flexible with closing dates and are agreeable to rent back. They hope to purchase at around $900,000.
On a non-real estate-related personal note, my parents arrived today, just in time for my daughter’s grand opening of her Montrose Yoga Studio.
