Years ago we had a Foothill Board of Realtors, primarily for La Crescenta and La Canada real estate agents. Economies of scale and all that necessitated us to merge with a larger realty board. The Foothill Board opted to join the Pasadena Board.
The Pasadena Board of Realtors recently switched their Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provider. Therefore, May La Canada real estate statistics are late in coming this month. Long story short I resigned from the Pasadena board and joined the Glendale board Now I can provide you with the complete report of La Canada values and listings. It doesn’t matter much what board we are associated with… Kris is a member of the Arcadia Board, and Joe is a member of CLAW MLS. The critical factor is that the MLS is functional and user-friendly. If I need a lockbox reprogrammed instead of taking it to Pasadena, I will now take it to Glendale.
