- 12% were short sales (this year just .5% of La Crescenta homes were distress sales (REO’s no short sales)
The fewer number of homes sold is indicative of the severe shortage of inventory (active listings). Most La Crescenta homes continue to sell quickly, in multiple offer scenarios and over asking price.
