Several weeks ago Dilbeck had a seminar for all of their Realtors. What I took away from the seminar was that the 4th quarter of the year can be the most important for a Realtor. This is the time to plan for next year, so that in January we hit the ground running.
Not to say that I won’t be listing any homes before the end of the year, but the pace will slow. Of course I still have buyers looking for their dream home, but they have been advised to be patient, fewer homes come on the market this time of year.
While some Realtors will use this slow down as an excuse to slack off, I and my team will be updating our marketing and be in the office daily.
