2026 Showcase House Revealed: Design lovers and history fans now have something special to celebrate. The 2026 Pasadena Showcase House of Design opens its doors at a stunning Arcadia estate. The Baldwin Oaks Estate sits at 291 W Foothill Blvd in Arcadia.

Built in 1907, this grand estate once belonged to Clara Baldwin Stocker, daughter of Arcadia founder Elias “Lucky” Baldwin. Locals once called her the Diamond Princess because of her glamorous parties. For the first time in over one hundred years, the public can step inside this historic treasure. The estate spans over 8,000 square feet on nearly two acres of manicured grounds. Towering oaks, rose gardens, and a classic pool area surround the home. Inside, visitors discover high ceilings, rich woodwork, and a dramatic double oak staircase. A wide wraparound porch invites guests to relax.
The home blends Shingle-style Arts & Crafts charm with gracious spaces that suit modern living. This year, talented designers took on the challenge. They transformed about thirty rooms and outdoor areas. They mixed fresh modern ideas with the home’s original character. The result feels both new and timeless. The event runs from April 19 through May 17, 2026. Visitors can tour the house Tuesday through Sunday.
A glamorous Premiere Night kicks things off on April 17 with cocktails, music, and a lively speakeasy atmosphere. Free shuttles run from Santa Anita Park, making the visit easy and convenient. Organizers sell tickets through the official website. All proceeds support local arts and music programs for children and families. This showcase gives everyone a rare chance to experience Arcadia’s rich history and inspiring design. The Baldwin Oaks Estate has stayed private for generations. Now it welcomes visitors to enjoy its beauty and creativity.
