High school rankings are good for property values. Top tier school districts command premium prices. The State of California released the CAASPP scores, which measure student performance across the state. San Marino Unified School District ranked #1 out of more than 400 unified districts, and La Cañada Unified came in at #3. South Pasadena earned the #5 spot. All three districts placed in the top five. Their strong rankings reflect exceptional teaching and student achievement.
