Harb and Co Real Estate Wrap Up October 2013:
The photographer took exterior photos of my new Arcadia listing on Monday. The estate sale is next weekend, and we should be ready for the MLS (multiple listing service) in the next week or two.
If you haven’t had a chance to see my new listing at 1400 Stanford Drive, one of the agents in my Prudential office will be holding it open again this Sunday. It’s a character home with great curb appeal—worth a visit if you’re in the area.
I’m trying to confirm whether Bela Lugosi once owned or built my new Toluca Lake listing. So far, I haven’t been able to verify it, but I’m still digging. The living and dining rooms are being freshly painted this week. Once that’s done, we’ll be ready for professional photos and to go live on the MLS. My four-bedroom, two-bath listing in La Crescenta is being staged today. The landscapers are scheduled to finish by Wednesday. If everything stays on track, we’ll take photos by the end of the week. It might be open for showings this Sunday as well—stay tuned.
We’re also preparing several more behind-the-scenes listings, each with its unique appeal. I’ll share more details as they’re ready.
