Last year the average La Canada home was selling faster and over asking price. Last year’s absorption rate indicated a stronger seller’s market. But this year the average selling price and price per square foot is higher for La Canada real estate sales; the absorption rate (supply of listing inventory) is nearing a more healthy – normal range.
