La Crescenta Housing Update February 2020 Recap:
Selling your La Crescenta home? The timing couldn’t be better. Homes are flying off the market. The absorption rate is just 1.05%. If no new listings appeared, the entire inventory would be gone in about a month. This creates a strong sense of urgency for buyers. The La Crescenta housing market is clearly unbalanced. Right now, it heavily favors home sellers. Demand is high, and competition is fierce. This is your moment to maximize your home’s value.
