The most expensive home sold in La Crescenta in April 2025 was a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 2306 Mountain Ave. It was initially listed for $2,795,000 and sold in twenty-five days for $3,000,000.
A home on Brookhill listed for $1,299,000 and sold for $1,726,000.00.
The Sales Price to list is 111.10%, the highest year to date, and the price per square foot is also the highest year to date. Three homes sold for less than one million. A 772 square foot home sold for $870,000. An 847 square foot home sold for $925,000
