Memorial Day, remembering those who served: We pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who served our country and made the ultimate sacrifice. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness have preserved our freedoms.
As we gather with family and friends, let us reflect on the true meaning of this day. It’s not just as the unofficial start of summer, but as a solemn tribute to those who gave their lives in service. May we never take their sacrifice for granted. May their memory continue to inspire us to live with purpose, gratitude, and unity.
Not all charities operate the same way. Some direct a large portion of their funds toward salaries, making them top-heavy and less effective in supporting their missions.
