Pasadena Luxury Condominiums: Last week, Joe (Harb) and I checked out the new luxury condos at 920 N. Granite Drive in Pasadena. Granite Park, in the heart of Pasadena’s South Lake Ave District, was offered for sale a few years ago, and about 50% of the units sold. There was an issue with the stucco, which is now fixed; the remaining units are ready for sale.
Granite Drive residences offer a lifestyle. Outdoor space varies by unit and price. I prefer the first-floor unit with larger patios, but Joe finds it dark. Eight units are listed, ranging from $585,000 (one-bedroom) to $2,085,000 for a three-bedroom penthouse with a rooftop deck. More units will be released next year.
Amenities include marble baths, hardwood floors, and Viking Professional Series stainless appliances. Building features include a concierge, valet parking, a club room, a fitness center, a pool, a spa, an outdoor fireplace, and a poolside barbecue.
