We have advertising systems in place once Harb & Co. lists a new home for sale. Joey creates single-property websites and posts the listings on various community forums. Once the new listing is input in the MLS, it quickly downloads to Realtor.com. A little more slowly to Trulia and then even more slowly to Zillow. Where’s the best place to search for real estate listings?
I don’t understand how the listings auto-populate through cyberspace. I know that Joey needs to double-check because not all sites download our MLS open house information. So, if you are not a real estate agent, where is the best site to get the most up-to-date and accurate information to search for new listings?
Where’s the best place to search for real estate listings? Your Realtor should create a search for you. They can include the “coming soon” listings that aren’t listed on all of the real estate portals.
