Last month, August 2022, the most expensive home sold in Pasadena was 1620 Lombardy Rd. This gorgeous estate was originally listed for $11,500,000 in August 2021. This Pasadena listing expired in January 2022. The sellers relisted in May of 2022 for $10,475,000. Approximately three months later this luxury home sold for $9,600,000. The sellers purchased this Pasadena estate in August 2010 for $6,900,000.
