This Northwest Glendale home was listed for $1,899,000 and sold $201,000 over asking. The sellers purchased this home in 2010 for $1,150,000. At that time it was just on the market for two days.
Northwest Glendale has always been a favorite neighborhood of mine. When I lived there, my favorite walk was to Brand Park, behind the Doctor’s House. In the winter there is a small stream. It’s such a beautiful park and rich in history.
