As a Glendale real estate expert, each month, I dissect Glendale Housing and below is the recap for November 2021:
Last month, sixty homes were sold. Forty-four of these homes sold for over their asking price. Three were at asking price and eleven were less than the asking price. Only four of these homes had price reductions before eventually selling.
The least expensive Glendale home sale was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 921-square-foot home at 1130 E. Acacia Ave. It sold for $755,000 but was initially listed for $849,900. The most expensive sale was a six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 5,789-square-foot home located at 1990 Starvale Rd. It sold for the asking price of $3,250,000.
Glendale Housing November 2021 – price per square foot ranged from $431.25 for a 2,874 square foot home in Glendale’s Rancho to $1,093.60 for an 812 square foot home in Northwest Glendale.
