Harb & Co. Real Estate Wrap Up July 2014: It’s been busy at Harb & Co! Two weeks ago, I had the final walk-through scheduled on Fairmount in La Canada; I woke in the morning with severe shortness of breath and had George take me to urgent care. After a breathing treatment and chest x-ray, I still didn’t have a diagnosis. Fortunately, I contacted my brother–in–law Joe, and he completed the final walk-through for me.
While I spent nearly two weeks in the hospital with pneumonia, Joe closed Fairmount and Dunsmore in La Crescenta. Ocean View in La Canada closed this week (sold $101,000 over asking).
Amid Joe picking up my slack, Joe opened escrow on a commercial property in Whittier. We are prepping the following listings for the market:
