Marketing for 1664 Las Flores Drive, Glendale:

Set in Glendale’s coveted Royal Canyon neighborhood, this one-of-a-kind estate stands apart. Every corner tells a story. Every detail reflects care. 1664 Las Flores Drive is more than a home—it celebrates old-world elegance and classic Hollywood glamour. First, step through the front gates. Immediately, the mood shifts. A private front hacienda welcomes you. Then, discover a 1935 Spanish Colonial filled with dramatic arches, colorful tile, and a striking cupola with a weathervane.

Next, enter the formal living room. Massive windows flood the space with natural light, especially at golden hour. In addition, exposed beams add warmth.  A beautifully tiled fireplace—one of four—anchors the room. Then, move into the kitchen. It delivers on every level. A walk-in pantry adds function. Ample storage keeps everything organized. The oversized island features a built-in wine refrigerator. Meanwhile, skylights bring in natural light and frame views of oak trees and rolling hills. Just beyond, a dedicated dining area and spacious balcony invite you to linger.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Notably, one suite stands out. Picture windows capture incredible views. Meanwhile, a tiled fireplace adds charm. An ensuite bath completes the space, making it ideal for guests or a second primary. Downstairs, shift into relaxation. A large family room opens with Saltillo tile floors. Then, sliding wood doors lead directly to the yard. As a result, it becomes the perfect place to unwind. Nearby, a third bedroom sits next to a flexible bonus room. You can use it as an office, studio, or even a fifth bedroom.

On the opposite side, the primary suite creates a private retreat. It features a fireplace and dual walk-in closets. In addition, a spa-like bath includes a jetted soaking tub and a separate shower.

Then, step outside. The backyard becomes an entertainer’s dream. A sparkling pool sits at the center, surrounded by lush, mature landscaping. It feels like a private resort. Host with ease in the cabana, complete with a built-in kitchen. Or head to the lower terrace and shoot hoops while taking in the home’s stunning façade—wrought iron, bougainvillea, and glowing Spanish tile at sunset. Finally, explore the back of the property. An oversized detached garage provides easy access from a separate road.

All of this sits within the sought-after Glendale Unified School District. Plus, you’re just minutes from Glendale and Northeast LA’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment. Yet, despite the convenience, the setting feels completely private.
