1st Quarter 2022 Harb & Co. Real Estate Update

I am extremely relieved to have wrapped up our very successful St. Joseph Table event at St. Bede in La Canada. It’s always such a rewarding experience to see everything come together, especially after months of hard work and planning. Kris and I have been deeply involved in organizing the Silent Auction for the past six months. From reaching out to potential donors and securing amazing items to coordinating the logistics, it was a huge undertaking. But seeing the event come to life and knowing how much it meant to the community made it all worth it.

We raised significant funds, and more importantly, we brought people together to celebrate and support a cause close to our hearts. It’s always fulfilling to see the impact of your efforts, and this year’s event was no exception. Looking back, it’s amazing how much we’ve accomplished in six months of hard work. It was a team effort, and I’m so grateful to everyone who helped make the event a success.

1st Quarter 2022 Harb & Co. Real Estate Update

1st Quarter 2022 Harb & Co. Real Estate Update:

Harb & Co. has had a busy first quarter

In January we closed a Pasadena townhome that we had previously sold to our client. And we closed a Pasadena trust sale. In February we closed a Downtown LA condo that we had sold to our client just a year ago. Also in February, we closed escrow on a cosmetic fixer in Los Angeles.

Currently, our La Canada fixer is in escrow with multiple offers. Our Orange Grove Villas townhome is in escrow as well and we are in escrow with that seller for a very unique Bungalow Heaven home. We are working on listings in Montrose and a trust sale in Duarte.
