This luxury home was initially listed for $2,895,000 and sold in seven days over asking at $2,950,000.

The absorption rate remains low, indicating a very strong seller’s market. The average number of days on the market is just eighteen. A home on West Mountain sold off the market in 0 days. At the same time, a home on Wilson was listed at $1,199,000 and sold in 64 days at $1,005,000.

On the high end was an 836-square-foot home on Milford selling for $1194.98. On the low end was a 4256-square-foot home on Norton selling for just $405.31 per foot.
