The most expensive home sold was a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 3,420 square-foot home at 2434 Delisle Ct. This luxury home was initially listed for $2,800,000 and sold in fifty-four days for $2,775,000.

Fourteen Glendale homes sold over their asking price. One at the asking and eleven less than the asking price. A home on Opechee sold off market (prior to MLS entry).  A home located at 2609 Chevy Chase took 162 days to sell. It sold for just $543.23 per foot.  Another home on North Louise sold for $1,026.79 per foot. 1827 W. Mountain St. listed for $1,395,000 and sold for $1,650,000.

Takeaways of the Glendale Real Estate Market for November 2023: Glendale homes continue to sell quickly. Many over the asking price. The absorption rate of less than 2% indicates a strong seller’s market. What we have noticed is that move in ready homes are in high demand. Because of higher interest rates buyers are making larger down payments to offset their monthly housing costs. There is little left for remodeling.
