Glendale Real Estate Market June 2023: Glendale saw a slight increase in homes sold from the previous month. Out of the thirty-five homes sold, twenty-five sold over the asking price. The asking price was met for three homes, while seven homes were sold under the asking price.  A two bedroom, two bath on South Everett, listed at $889,000 and sold for $1,070,00, more than 20% over the asking price. Proving once again that well-priced listings continue to sell over the asking price.

In last month’s sales, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,847-square-foot residence located at 2116 Conchita St. stood out as the least expensive property. It entered the market with an initial listing price of $750,000 and successfully sold $827,000 within twenty-two days.  Last month’s most expensive sale was a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom, 4,000-square-foot luxury home. Located at 715 W. Kenneth. The home, originally listed for $4,200,000, quickly sold in just eight days for over asking at $4,400,000.

When examining the Glendale real estate market for June 2023, it’s always interesting to examine the average price per foot. The lowest price per square foot was a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,847-square-foot residence at 2116 Conchita St.  On the high end was a Buff and Hensman home on Bywood, selling for $1,213.47 per foot.
