Harbs Real Estate Wrap Up

It’s hard to believe we are well into the second month of the New Year.  Here’s what’s happening @ Harb & Co:

I closed the Arcadia home in Encanto which was listed for $1,588,000 and sold for $1,750,000.  My buyer’s agent represented the cash buyer who we believe will be tearing down and building new.

I closed my Altadena listing on La Fiesta, it too sold in multiple offers and for over asking price.  I was fortunate to work with another great buyer’s agent on this one as well.

My La Crescenta listing on Trend is in escrow. It too sold to a cash buyer, also multiple offers and over asking price.  This will be closing in March.

My Burbank/Toluca Lake listing on Valley is in escrow, we had some drama – but it will be closing this month.

Mariotta in Toluca Lake, two buyers fought over this one and it will be closing this month. I sold the seller a Studio City condo which is also closing this month.

The San Fernando Valley pied- de- terre had a low appraisal.  I spent six hours rebutting the appraisal but only got the value increased a few thousand dollars.  The buyer and seller compromised and we will be closing this month.  The seller actor/producer David Anderson (aka Austin) is the great grandson of George Irving and the buyer is an actress.  Call me to learn who….

A couple of new listings coming soon:

Montecito  Heights 4 +2 with pool

Pasadena, 2 + 1 ½ + den + workshop

I am so busy I can only dream of time off.  I started Italian lessons at La Canada’s St. Bede’s on Saturday. For two hours each week, my phone is turned off.  I don’t know how much I will learn, but I am enjoying it!  Other than that it really is all work and no play! (Lucky for me I love what I do).
