Last month the home located at 632 Berkshire sold for over $1,028 per square foot, which helps to account for the sharp increase in the average selling price per square foot.
The absorption rate has jumped…. I think the numbers are accurate, but we have had an issue with a new MLS (multiple listing service) Flex MLS which the Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors (PFAR) has signed on with. Once we converted over, not all of our active listings were populating to Realtor.com, Zillow, etc. The conversion was so horrible, I quit the Pasadena board and rejoined the Glendale board so I could use a different MLS. My brother-in-law Joe also resigned and rejoined “The MLS“. After we both resigned from the Pasadena Foothill Association, the association since added “The MLS” as an alternative MLS…. apparently we weren’t the only ones having problems.
