Last month (June 2016) the most expensive Pasadena luxury sale was 1517 Lombardy Road.  Prior to selling, the home was unsuccessfully listed for $7,500,000, later reduced to $6,950,000 and after a total of 53 days on the market expired.  It was quickly relisted with a new real estate agent for $5,900,000 who sold this luxury home for $5,535,000 (nearly two million less than the original list price).
