Los Angeles Area Weekend Events November 18th-20th:

For those of you not spending the weekend preparing for your Thanksgiving Feast, here’s the list of what’s happening in my favorite Los Angeles neighborhoods.

Enchanted Forest of Light at Descanso Gardens, November 20 through January 8, 2023. Visitors can experience the wonder of the Enchanted Forest of Light. Popular returning favorites returning include sparkling, swirling installations from HYBYCOZO on the Main Lawn, Flower Power on the Promenade, and lighting effects in the Ancient Forest. Jackalope Pasadena Featuring over 200 local, hand-selected artisans, shoppers can expect to find trendsetting indie goods including original fashion and jewelry design, paper goods, innovative home decor and housewares, art, photography, food, plus much more. Anime Pasadena – Nerdbot is proud to present Anime Pasadena on November 19th and 20th. Anime Pasadena is a 2-day event with a focus on anime, cosplay and nerd culture. Kids 12 and under are free with any adult purchase. Pasadena Convention Center, 300 E Green St. Pasadena

L.A. Zoo Lights: Animals Aglow Through January 22. L.A.’s brightest winter tradition has been reimagined for the season!
