Let’s examine Glendale Real Estate for April 2025. Twenty-eight homes closed escrow last month. Twelve of these homes sold over the asking price, five at the asking price, and eleven below it. Only one Glendale home sold under $1,000,000. Eight homes sold between $2 and $3 million, and four sold for over $3,000,000.
A five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 1440 Midline Dr. sold for $513.62 per square foot, while a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 1230 Princeton sold for $1,280.29 per square foot.
Glendale’s least expensive home sold was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,127-square-foot home at 916 Highline Rd. It was listed for $785,000 and sold in twenty-two days for $855,000. This was the only Glendale sale under $1,000,000.
The most expensive home sold last month was a four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,553-square-foot home at 3205 Cornwell Dr. Initially listed for $3,995,000 and sold in fifty-seven days for $3,749,000. A home at 1611 Virginia Ave. listed for $2,595,000 and sold for $3,125,000.
In examining Glendale real estate for April 2025, the average selling and median prices are the highest year to date. Three Glendale homes sold off market (no multiple listing service). We are noticing a new trend: Twelve Glendale homes had price reductions prior to selling.
