Notably, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at  1153 Ruberta Ave sold for $637.88 per square foot. Meanwhile, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 1230 Oak Circle sold for $1,238.82 per square foot.

The least expensive home sold last month in Glendale was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 726-square-foot home at 1215 Stanley.  The seller initially listed it for $699,000, and it took fifteen days to sell for $765,000. The most expensive home sold was a four-bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,441-square-foot home located at 1460 Melwood Drive. The sellers listed the home for $3,950,000 and sold it in nineteen days for $3,865,000.
