Harb and Co Real Estate Wrap Up September 2017: Harb and Co. have been busy. We are prepping a Shadow Hills equestrian home to get to market. Our Pasadena Spanish fixer, with pool, continues to get spruced up. We have listed a great condo in Diamond Bar overlooking a man-made brook, which will be open this Sunday from 2-4 PM. It is hard to believe this move-in-ready unit is only $349,000!
We just opened escrow on our Burbank Rancho listing, which brings us one step closer to closing. As always, we are hard at work securing more listings. One promising property in Glendale’s Verdugo Woodlands is getting close. We are preparing it for the market and expect strong interest. At the same time, we are moving swiftly toward closing on our Pasadena condo listing. Everything is on track, and we are pushing to wrap up the final steps. Meanwhile, we have a fantastic La Crescenta buyer ready to go. They are flexible with closing dates, which makes the process even smoother. Even better, they are open to a rent-back option if needed. Their budget is around $900,000, and they are eager to move forward.
On a personal note, my parents arrived today. Their timing is perfect! They made it just in time for my daughter’s grand opening of her Montrose Yoga Studio. It’s an exciting milestone, and I’m thrilled they are here to celebrate with us.
