The least expensive home sold last month in La Crescenta was a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 4040 Lehman Road. The seller listed the home for $1,275,000 and sold it in thirty-nine days for $867,000. The most expensive home sold last month was a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 2803 Willowhaven Drive. Initially listed for $1,699,000 and sold in seventeen for $1,840,000.
What is most interesting is the number of price reductions. It is more important than ever to properly price your home for sale. La Crescenta home sellers should negotiate up, not down.
