The least expensive home sold last month in La Crescenta was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 3232 Brookhill. The seller listed the home for $895,000 and sold it in just nine days for $890,000.
A home at 2896 Sycamore Ave. sold off-market for $1,100,000. It was a two-bedroom one-bath home on a 10,000+ square foot lot.
