I recently discussed options with a La Canada senior considering selling her home, and was curious to learn more about Los Angeles senior housing options. As she is Catholic, I initially checked with St. Bede in La Canada, who referred me to:
Some Los Angeles Senior Housing Options
Avila Gardens and Villa Calabrini are other homes of religious origin. Then I went to my friends on Facebook and received these referrals: Vintage Senior in Burbank and Visiting Angels as a helping resource. I have a friend whose parents lived at Scholl Canyon Estates in Glendale. It’s conveniently located across the street from the Seventh-day Adventist. There is a golf cart that can pick up seniors and take them to their doctor’s appointments.
I explained to this woman that selling her home was not a problem. We could help her with an estate sale or whatever she needed. Her only dilemma is finding where to move.
As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I possess the necessary training and expertise to assist seniors in navigating major financial and lifestyle transitions that come with relocating. I stay updated through regular training and am well-prepared to provide seniors with the necessary options and information to make this life-changing decision.
Feel free to call me to discuss your options.
