Real Estate Summer Count Down: Many of our Foothill schools resume in a couple of weeks. My grown daughters eliminate any worries I might have about school supplies, outfits, etc. From Facebook, I have enjoyed my friend’s vacations and wish I had taken one…. maybe Thanksgiving will be a good time to sneak away. Harb and Co. Real estate summer count down. I have been busy with the mechanics of real estate: Marketing plans, advertising, photography, floor plans, lifestyle real estate videos.
Yesterday, Kris, Joe and I spent most of the afternoon at our new five-unit Altadena listing. We met the measurer and the photographer. It was the first time we could inspect the interior of this new multi-family listing. We removed the fumigation tent from our La Crescenta listing yesterday. The buyers can now move into their new home. Our team has been consumed with our Spanish fixer in Pasadena. We are trying to determine how far we should go on the rehab. We just opened escrow (representing the buyer) on a luxury Pasadena condominium. The buyer’s home inspection is today.
My clients who purchased the Webster Wiley atrium home in La Crescenta’s Pinecrest neighborhood get their keys in a couple of weeks, there was a 6-week rent back.
I have had the opportunity to enjoy my pool this summer, and it’s been great. It’s hard to beat a great book and a raft on a hot day. July is nearly gone, and it’s hard to believe the year has flown by. So, how was your summer?
