Pasadena Home Sales March 2017

Pasadena Home Sales March 2017: Pasadena Home Sales seem fairly consistent. The average price per square foot has hovered in the $560 range for the last two months. The absorption rate is in the 2 percent range. This indicates there is just over two months of listing inventory, assuming there were no new listings. The median price indicates that half of the Pasadena homes sold for more than $779,000 and half for less.

Pasadena Home Sales March 2017 Recap:

Most homes sell in about two months. The average sale price to list is the highest year to date as we enter the peak Spring home-buying season.

The $8,000 federal tax credit expired in June 2010. This triggered a significant shift in the housing market. First-time buyers rushed to take advantage. Homes sold quickly. Prices per square foot increased. Demand surged with urgency. Buyers didn’t want to miss out. But when the credit ended, momentum stopped. Demand dropped almost instantly. Prices began to slide. By 2011, the market looked different. The feeding frenzy was over. The rush had cooled. The market adjusted to the loss. Sellers felt the impact. Buyers became more cautious. The tax credit’s influence was clear. It had fueled a wave of activity. Its absence left a noticeable gap.

you guys are nuts for asking those prices! Inflation is going to kill the market, and the way the economy is going, you will never sell those homes. I have a beautiful 2625 sq. ft. home in Red Mountain Ranch going for $800,000 and people wanting to bid on it here in Mesa, AZ. Pool, beautiful big yard, no crime and quiet. I grew up and lived in Pasadena until I was 50 years old, lived in Parker, CO. now Red Mountain Ranch, AZ and both homes were beautiful. Open field, deer haven in my back yard, clean air and no SMOG!
Get real folks. People are moving here and to Colorado due to California smog, crime, and high prices. Sadly, when they do move to other States, they destroy them by their driving, bad manners, and throwing their car trash out the window. Everywhere they go is Embarrassing.
