Meanwhile, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 234 Marguerita Lane sold for $1,529.26 per square foot. Last month, the least expensive sale in Pasadena was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 764-square-foot home at 507 Sinaloa Ave. This property was listed for $599,000 and sold for $585,000 after five days on the market.
