This luxury home also set the record as the most expensive home sold in Pasadena for April 2025. Initially listed for $7,800,000 in February 2020, with many price reductions, it sold last month for $6,500,000.
Meanwhile, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 234 Marguerita Lane sold for $1,529.26 per square foot.
Last month, the least expensive sale in Pasadena was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 764-square-foot home at 507 Sinaloa Ave. This property was listed for $599,000 and sold for $585,000 after five days on the market.
Analyzing the Pasadena real estate market for April 2025, it’s interesting to see how fast things are selling. Two Pasadena homes sold off-market (before MLS submission), and twenty-five homes sold in fifteen days or less.
