Let’s take a look at the Pasadena real estate market for August 2025. Forty-eight homes sold last month. Twenty-two sold over their asking price, five at asking, and twenty-one sold for less than the asking price. It is interesting to note that all but six homes sold for over $1 million.
A five-bedroom, six-bathroom home at 3336 Villa Mesa Road sold for $578.83 per square foot. Meanwhile, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 124 Chateau Road sold for $1,454.14 per square foot.
The least expensive home sold last month in Pasadena was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 1775 Keystone St. It was initially listed for $670,000 and sold for $599,000 in just over a month. The most expensive home sold last month in Pasadena was a three-bedroom, five-bathroom home at 1100 Paso Alto Dr. The seller listed the house for $5,999,000 and took forty-two days to sell it for $6,150,000.
