The most expensive home sold last month was a four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,181-square-foot house at 333 N. San Rafael Ave. Initially listed for $ 5,695,000, it sold in sixty-six days for the asking price.

The median list price is at its lowest point year-to-date, while the average sales price is the second lowest this year. First-time buyers are driving current market activity, as many sellers remain reluctant to give up their low–low-interest-rate loans.
