The least expensive home sold in Pasadena was a three-bedroom, one-bathroom, 968-square-foot house at 2050 Alta Pasa Drive. Initially listed for $799,000, it sold for $850,000 in just three days. The most expensive home sold last month was a five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 5,910-square-foot house at 600 Columbia St. This luxury estate was initially listed for $11,000,000 and sold for $10,872,000 in just over a month.
