Let’s take a look at the Pasadena real estate market for October 2025. Last month, buyers closed on fifty-six homes in Pasadena. Of those, thirty-five sold above the asking price, two met the asking price, and nineteen sold below. A three-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 300 Palisade St. sold for $459.14 per square foot. It was the least expensive sale of the month—listed initially on August 5, 2025, for $750,000 and just closed escrow this past month for $618,000.
It’s interesting to note that a three-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 1200 Charles St sold for $1,339.65 per square foot.
The most expensive home sold in Pasadena was a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 3,131-square-foot house at 595 Linda Vista Ave. Initially listed for $3,195,000, it sold for $3,400,000 in just twenty-three days.
The average sales and median price are both the lowest year to date. First-time home buyers are fueling this market.
