This Sunday is Elemental Sound Bath with Rachel at Spiritual Heart Yoga – Elemental sound healing connects us to each of nature’s classical elements: earth, air, fire, water and ether/space while also connecting to the sounds in nature and around us. Rachel’s Sound Bath sessions utilize a combination of instruments to directly connect to certain elements using Quartz Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, drum, chimes, gongs, shakers, bells and other instruments that are organically arranged.
