Mount Wilson Observatory’s Laas Star Party Friday night. Spend a relaxing evening in the San Gabriel Mountains under the stars, looking through telescopes provided by the Los Angeles Astronomical Society members. Access to Mount Wilson is via the Angeles Crest Highway (CA Hwy 2) from the 210 Freeway at La Canada.

This Saturday and Sunday is the Downtown Burbank Summer Arts Festival. This free event features nearly 200 handmade artisan booths on San Fernando Boulevard. Shoppers can expect to find trendsetting goods including visual art and photography, original fashion and jewelry design, paper goods, innovative home decor and housewares, food, and much more.  San Fernando Blvd and surrounding streets in Downtown Burbank [From Magnolia to Angeleno]

On the last Friday of every month, Magnolia Park hosts a street festival. Enjoy food trucks, late-night shopping, and fun as live bands and local musicians fill the plaza with energy and atmosphere. Food trucks will line W. Magnolia Blvd, between N. Hollywood Way and N. Catalina St.

Let’s go to Glendale on Saturday. Experience the city like never before when a 1.3-mile portion of S.
