This Sunday is The Doo Dah Takeover! — a two-part celebration of music, mayhem, and merriment in Old Pasadena.The day begins at Dog Haus Biergarten on Big Bang Theory Way with “Doo Dah’s Big Bang!” an alley-side cabaret of Doo Dah legends and curious newcomers. From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the alley will come alive with:- Live music from MA the Band and The Rock and Roll Preservation Society, plus performances and antics from the “unusual suspects” of Doo Dah lore – 11am- Doo Dah Queen Tryouts & Crowning Ceremony – 12pm – 3pm.Following these festivities, the party continues just around the corner at The Old Towne Pub for the official 21+ After Party, running from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Wine tastings every weekend at Rosso Wine Shop. The general theme is “Try Three Wines for $12.” Begin with a white wine, and then move on to two reds. Typically, the middle wine is lighter to medium-bodied, followed by a heavier wine. New wines are poured each weekend.
