Pet peeves: For those who truly know me, you understand my intense hatred for flies. Everyone dislikes them, but I loathe them. Previously, I stashed cans of Raid in every corner of my home. However, friends recently gifted me fantastic fly-fighting tools, transforming my battle against these pests. First, I now wield a high-powered electric fly swatter. This device zaps flies instantly with a satisfying spark. Next, I installed sticky traps near windows and doors. These traps snag flies effectively, keeping my space cleaner. Additionally, I use a natural repellent spray made from essential oils. It smells pleasant and drives flies away without harsh chemicals. Moreover, I added a sleek fly trap disguised as a stylish lantern. It lures and captures flies discreetly, blending into my decor. Finally, I maintain a strict cleaning routine to eliminate food scraps. This habit reduces fly attractants significantly. Together, these tools empower me to reclaim my home. No longer do flies torment me daily. Instead, I confidently enjoy a fly-free environment!
My neighbor Dennis got me the Rescue Fly Trap. This is amazing, fly’s line up to enter (and get trapped).
My cousin got me the Bug a Salt gun. You fill it with salt and shoot the flies – and it works very well (but you have to have a good aim).
Then my brother-in-law told me about horse fly spray This can be sprayed on horses and kills flies. It seems that this would be better/safer than Raid.
Well, that’s it for my fly-fighting remedies.
That’s quite the fly fighting arsenal! If that gun is as fun as it looks it could make a fun unique gift for the holidays.
