Kris and I can easily keep track of our personal and business appointments. We know when the other is available for client meetings, showings, inspections, or open houses.  Automated reminders for deadlines (contingencies, escrow milestones, marketing timelines) help ensure nothing slips through the cracks—especially critical when juggling multiple listings and clients.

When our team is organized, clients feel it. Appointments run smoothly, follow-ups happen on time, and communication feels proactive rather than reactive.
3. Mobile + real-time updates
Real estate often happens on the go. Calendar updates sync instantly across phones and computers, so last-minute changes don’t turn into chaos. We have the screen in our office on the wall, and we can access the calendar on our phones.
Currently, we are busy preparing new listings for the market. This often includes pre-listing inspections, and sometimes repairs. This always includes preparing for photographs, meeting the floorpan vendor, etc. Our Harb and Co Team Calendar keeps us in sync.
