Pasadena Luxury Real Estate January 2019

Pasadena Luxury Real Estate January 2019: Last month the most expensive Pasadena home sale was 1166 Hillcrest Ave. This home was listed on 12/3 and was reported in escrow the following day.  This leads me to believe that the home sold off market. It’s highly doubtful that an estate of this magnitude would sell in one day, especially in December. The home sold for the asking price of $5,990,000. The current sellers purchased this home in 2000 for $1,585,500.
