But the real estate tide turns, a recent study by Quicken Loans compared homeowner perceptions of value as compared to appraiser opinions. On average appraisers now believe your home is worth more than you do.
Not long ago I was talking with a client who received her bill from the tax assessor, she was horrified over what the assessor believed her home’s value to be.
