Last month (January 2016) the most expensive Pasadena luxury home sale was 1645 Orlando Rd. This seven-bedroom, seven-bath home was built in 1976, offers 8200 square feet, and is situated on a 33,000+ square foot lot. The home sold to a cash buyer for $5,020,000 – $980,000 less than the asking price.
