The “Media Capital of the World,” as Burbank is frequently called, is home to much more than just Walt Disney Studios, Warner Brothers, NBC, ABC , Marvel Studios, and Nickelodeon. This peaceful suburb boasts unique shopping, great outdoor spaces and a variety of fine dining venues. Burbank is a great place to live for those who prefer a small town atmosphere but still want the convenience a bigger city has to offer. Daily Routine
Burbank has a variety of unique things to do. Love the outdoors? The Stough Canyon Nature Center and Wildwood Canyon Park are popular hiking destinations. In addition the Chandler Bike Path, is a two-mile biking, walking and running trail. And then there is the Los Angeles Equestrian Center which is sited on fifty miles of horse trails and hosts a variety of horse shows.

Commute
Commute time is a major factor when determining in which neighborhood to live. Get out of the car! Two train stations serviced by Amtrak and Metrolink are a major benefit for Burbank home buyers.

Schools
Great schools are not just important for families they also boost resale values. The Burbank Unified School District is one of the most high-achieving, school districts in LA. The Academic Performance Index (API) score is well above county and state averages. The majority of Burbank’s campuses are over 800 which is California’s target for high performing schools.

Shopping, Restaurants and Entertainment
The Burbank Town Center is a mall with three levels. For those desiring a unique shopping experience Magnolia Park is known for its vintage shops lining Magnolia Blvd. Burbank is also home to a vibrant nightlife, with numerous bars restaurants and clubs.

Community
Outdoor concerts, movies and a weekly Farmer’s Market frequently bring the Burbank community together. The Starlight Bowl is host to a summer concert season including an amazing Fourth of July concert with fireworks. Many bring a picnic dinner. Ladies & Gents Night Out is a monthly food truck and shopping event held on the last Fridays of the month from January to October. More than thirty food trucks line Magnolia Blvd. while stores remain open and have live music, and more.

Walkability
Nearly everyone appreciates a neighborhood where the hot spots are within close proximity. Having the ability to leave the car at home and walk to coffee shops, restaurants, parks and nightlife is an easy way to keep in shape.
