We are busy preparing a coming soon listing in Burbank. We have an estimate from my landscaper and handyman. We are in the midst of getting the home some needed curb appeal. The lawn and front yard are being spruced up. While waiting for the estimates we had a professional floor plan done. This a great marketing tool when selling a home that may likely be added on to. As soon as the work is complete, we will be ready for professional real estate photography. Once the photos are received this new Burbank listing will be ready for the MLS. Then on to broker’s caravan and public open houses. This Burbank home will most likely be listed under $750,000 and should sell quickly.
