Celebrating the Feast of St. Joseph at St. Bede has been a cherished tradition since 1984. It remains a rare event where faith and community come together under one roof. In 2026, we proudly marked the 10th anniversary of our Silent Auction (excluding COVID years). Generous donors and enthusiastic bidders made this milestone possible.

Beginning each September, Kris Jardino and I lead auction solicitation—not as Realtors, but as active community members. Giving back drives what we do. This year, we created over 30 baskets and helped curate nearly 200 auction items. In addition, we brought people together for a meaningful cause. Real estate is our profession; however, community is our purpose.

As a result, our largest fundraiser became our most successful yet. Guests enjoyed a delicious catered lunch, which added to the warm, festive atmosphere. Moreover, it gave everyone time to connect and enjoy the day. While final numbers are still being tallied, the energy in the room said it all. Financially, it was our most successful year yet. None of this would be possible without our dedicated members, generous donors, student and parish volunteers
All auction net proceeds support impactful organizations, including Skidettes, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Ronald McDonald House, Smile Train, St. John’s Seminary, The Pregnancy Help Center, Elizabeth House, and Wounded Warriors. In addition, we proudly provide scholarships to students at St. Bede School and St. Monica Academy, investing in the next generation.
Together, we strengthen our faith, celebrate family, and extend a helping hand to those in need—and that is truly worth raising a paddle for.
